Return and Refund Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal 

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please initiate a return request through our self-serve returns portal, accessible from your order confirmation or account page.

Return Shipping Costs 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Sealed Goods Exemption 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods that have been opened after delivery. This applies to skincare and cosmetic products whose seal has been broken. By purchasing such products, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal is removed.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that have been opened and/or are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
